REFUND POLICY
Tomahawk provides non-tangible irrevocable goods. Therefore, we do not issue refunds once a proposal or product is provided or hourly-based work is completed or started.
As a customer, client, or user you are responsible for understanding this upon utilizing or accepting a proposal or entering into a contract Tomahawk has provided you, your company or organization.
Please note that if a proposal is accepted and a portion paid (generally 50% of the total proposed amount), you are bound by this Refund Policy and agree to and understand its terms and conditions.
